Culinary Delights: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Our Seasonal Menus with New Executive Chef Aly Hadley

With that in mind, we are thrilled to welcome our new Executive Chef, Alison “Aly” Hadley, whose passion for culinary excellence and innovation will elevate our dining experience.

Meet Executive Chef Aly Hadley

Chef Hadley joins us from Birmingham Country Club, where she served as Banquet Chef since 2023. Before that, she was Executive Chef at Garage Bar and Grill in Northville and spent nearly a decade at Meadowbrook Country Club, progressing from line cook to Executive Sous Chef.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, she earned her culinary degree from Alfred State College in 2012. Her love for food is rooted in hospitality—ensuring every guest, regardless of dietary preference or restriction, enjoys a flavorful and memorable experience. “I want to make every meal exciting, whether it’s a classic comfort dish or a modern take on a seasonal ingredient,” she says.

A Taste of the Season

With a deep appreciation for locally sourced ingredients and seasonal cooking, Chef Hadley is crafting a menu that celebrates Michigan’s vibrant flavors. Some of the exciting new dishes include:

  • Bang Bang Shrimp – flash fried shrimp tossed in sweet & spicy mustard sauce
  • Berry Burst Salad GF/V – mixed greens, fresh strawberry, fresh blueberry, crumbled feta, shaved red onion, grape tomato, cucumber, candied pecans, balsamic vinaigrette
  • Walleye – 7 oz, pan-seared, multigrain pilaf sautéed spinach, roasted tomato butter (can be prepared GF)
  • Pasta Rose – bucatini, vodka sauce, spinach roasted onion, grape tomato shaved parmesan (can be prepared GF or add grilled chicken breast GF)
  • Filet Mignon – 6 oz, char-grilled, whipped potato asparagus, PHCC zip sauce, fried onion (can be prepared GF)
