Play a Challenging Round on Our Championship Course
Just what do we mean by "challenging"? Back in 1957, in the Western Open, Sam Snead finished just one stroke behind Doug Ford, despite taking a dreadful ten on the demanding fourth hole. Our 18-hole course represents a proud tradition of testing a golfer's mettle. Through its more than 80-year history, Plum Hollow has hosted four Michigan PGA tournaments, the PGA Championship, Ryder Cup Team Matches, a Women's Western Amateur and the Western Open.
Today, among Michigan's private courses, Plum Hollow continues in the fine tradition of Michigan golf as the course is still ranked in the Top Ten.
An annual Men's and Women's Invitational Tournament is part of our tradition, as is a full caddie program. At Plum Hollow, golf is a game for the whole family as we offer an outstanding Junior Program. The program is based on both age and ability and our PGA Professional Staff provides excellent teaching and leadership for all our young people.
Want to sharpen your game before hitting the links? Our practice facilities include a driving range with target greens, an undulating chipping surface, practice bunkers and a fully manicured putting green. Our PGA Professional Staff are always available for private instruction to help fine-tune your game. Arguably, some of the finest teaching skills available in the area are right here at Plum Hollow.
Finally, to keep you fully equipped, we offer a well-stocked, full service Pro Shop.
